## The use case: how april deploys Juicebox

april's recruiting team uses Juicebox Agents to continuously source and send outreach to seasonal tax preparers (CPAs and Enrolled Agents), plus one agent for hard-to-fill full-time roles. Juicebox also automates multi-step follow-ups and drafts candidate replies in the recruiter's voice for review.

Summary written by usedby from the source page, in English. The figures are those of Juicebox and april, not ours.

> Two continuously source seasonal tax preparers against a specific profile: US-based CPAs or Enrolled Agents with five or more years of experience handling mid-to-complex returns. Together, those Agents surface roughly 50 candidates per day

- **~50**: “~50 qualified candidates per day sourced by two Juicebox Agents”

> Juicebox does a really good job of learning how I talk to candidates and then drafting that response. I just have to quickly read it and then I send it, which saves me so much time.
