## What the story says

Outward Bound California uses Jotform to collect student information such as medical history, dietary needs and feedback online for its outdoor education programs. Submissions are automatically converted into PDFs and emailed to course advisors, replacing a paper-based process.

Summary written by usedby from the source page, in English. The figures are those of Jotform and Outward Bound California, not ours.

> The tool automatically converted submissions into professional PDFs, which were instantly emailed to course advisors, eliminating the need for manual data entry or third-party software for PDF creation.

> Turning form data into PDFs is something we needed and weren’t able to use with other form builders because they required a merger. This is a built-in feature with Jotform.
