## What the story says

WEST Wildlife, an Ohio wildlife rehab nonprofit, texts callers a Jotform link so they can enter animal intake details from their phones. The collected data is used for reporting to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

Summary written by usedby from the source page, in English. The figures are those of Jotform and WEST Wildlife, not ours.

> Text callers a form link that they can fill out from their phones.

- **3,000**: “Founded in 2018, WEST has rehabbed around 3,000 animals.”

> It's great because, you know, with one easy text, I get back the information that I need for the Department of Wildlife that wants that documentation of me receiving that animal.
