Ce qui s’est passé
Adyen replaced its legacy source-to-pay suite with Omnea as the single entry point for supplier, contract and risk requests. Intake and third-party risk management run in one workflow, integrated with its ERP, Slack and e-signature tools.
Résumé rédigé par usedby à partir de la page source, en anglais. Les chiffres sont ceux de Omnea et de Adyen, pas les nôtres.
- 700“In those same three months, 700 requests went through Omnea.”
- 16 weeks“Implementation took 16 weeks.”
Before go-live, average end-to-end cycle times in the S2P ran between 18 and 32 days (April 2026). Two months after go-live, requests in Omnea were completing in around 20 days. By month three, around 10. Across all workflows, Adyen puts the reduction in average cycle time at 45%.
We set out to find a partner who could take us further on automation and embedded AI. We ended up removing the legacy system entirely and integrating Omnea directly with our ERP. Everything runs in Omnea now, and we're building agents the old system could never have supported. We can keep iterating on them to get increasingly better results over time.
