Cryptomathic, a Danish IT security company, uploaded its contracts to Luminance's Repository so that Sales, Finance, Sales Operations and IT can query them directly in natural language. This reduces routine contract questions going to its one-person Legal team, and Legal also uses it to analyze contract terms.

Today, Cryptomathic's Sales, Finance, Sales Operations and IT teams all use Luminance directly, querying the repository through Lumi’s conversational interface for the specific information relevant to their function – without needing to go through Legal unless something particularly complex comes up that fall outside of the set guardrails.
With a lot of vendors, you spend weeks tagging and structuring contracts before the AI can even use them. With Luminance, we just uploaded what we had to the Repository and started getting answers straight away.
