Jeppesen's enterprise AI engineering team built an internal Unified Chatbot Framework on LlamaIndex's open-source event-driven workflows so teams across Boeing can build and deploy chatbots and agents from templates and a config file. It replaced siloed, duplicated bot development with a shared, secure, compliant platform.
