PepsiCo's Global Process Excellence team uses Celonis process mining and automation across nine processes, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order-to-Cash and Make-to-Deploy. It is used to prioritize collections, detect split invoices, reduce rejected sales orders and cut write-offs.
