TeamViewer uses Omnea as a centralised intake and orchestration layer for procurement, automatically routing reviews and approvals from Legal, InfoSec, Finance and other stakeholders. It sits on top of existing systems such as Dynamics, FreshService, Jira and Teams, and also supports renewal workflows.
