Clay uses Dust as a Slack-based agent that gives its GTM engineering team a self-service knowledge hub, drawing on the sales center, internal docs and Slack conversations to answer onboarding and sales enablement questions. It is also used for tasks such as writing job descriptions, reviewing legal documents and accelerating content creation.
