AkzoNobel uses Xara, an AI assistant built on Moveworks, inside Microsoft Teams so employees can search information across business systems in their own languages, raise ServiceNow tickets, request distribution lists, and get governed access to ChatGPT. It is also used to automate routine IT tasks such as password resets.
