The month-end close went from two weeks to five days. The team went from four people, two of them external, to two full-time employees in-house.
I can run reports on a subsidiary level, on a consolidated level, by a subsidiary in foreign currency. It's extremely easy to export and send to external teams. And it creates very professional-looking financials. I'm not sending investors an Excel spreadsheet anymore.
