Life360 built an orchestrator agent called Mimir on Tray Merlin Agent Builder that employees reach through Slack and that routes requests to specialized sub-agents for ITSM, Jira, Confluence, Slack management and coding. Tray workflows also automate Slack channel auditing and archiving.
