Ce qui s’est passé
Abridge uses Serval as its central employee support and IT automation platform, replacing a legacy help desk tool. Its agents handle employee requests and run deterministic, reviewable workflows across systems such as Ramp, with usage spreading from IT to Finance, Legal, and People teams.
Résumé rédigé par usedby à partir de la page source, en anglais. Les chiffres sont ceux de Serval et de Abridge, pas les nôtres.
- 50%“They've achieved a 50% automation rate, which will continue to increase as they roll out access request workflows across all applications.”
- 10“With Catalyst, which lowered the barrier to building automations, Serval was easily adopted by 10 Abridge teams including the Finance, Legal, and People teams.”
- 15 minutes“Given the list of apps and their Okta groups, Catalyst is rebuilding all the birthright access workflows and access requests across 74 apps, saving the team about 15 minutes per app.”
Time to value was immediate on the basics. Roughly 50% of standard access requests were handled by out-of-the-box integrations that took seconds to stand up. Two weeks after adopting Serval, the IT team cleared their two month backlog.
I’d credit Serval with helping us get to where we are today. Not just clearing our two-month ticket backlog, but giving us the capacity to build our engineering function so quickly and really push the boundaries of what we can do at scale.
