The use case: how VML deploys Valence
VML linked Valence's AI coach, Nadia, to its annual THRIVE career development program so every employee gets personalized, on-demand coaching on defining their personal brand and career. It is also being expanded to help managers and employees with return-to-office policy questions and other talent initiatives.
In the customer’s words
Nadia seamlessly integrated into [VML’s] Thrive program. Employees understand the concept and the philosophy, but Nadia helps them self-reflect, make sense of feedback, hold themselves accountable to goals, and create development plans.Other AI tools used by VML

The challenge became figuring out how to give all 26,000 employees support with an important but deeply personal process. VML knows the power of one-on-one coaching in this sort of process, but their human coaching team couldn’t possibly provide personalized support to every person engaging in the THRIVE process.
