Published results, each linked to its dated source. We quote, we do not score.

We’re building self-service tools for patients, just in the channels they prefer to communicate with healthcare providers - phone and sms. The latency is there. It sounds realistic. It can actually handle crazy complex edge cases and unstructured inputs from the customer or from the patient, which wasn’t possible until today and still isn’t possible with all CcaaS providers.

Questions about AI at Hello Patient

What AI tools does Hello Patient use?

Hello Patient uses 2 AI tools: Cartesia and LiveKit. 1 is confirmed by a published story, quote or press release, and 1 is listed on the vendor's own pages.

How does usedby know which AI tools Hello Patient uses?

Each tool is linked to a public page that names Hello Patient: a vendor's customer page, a published case study, a press release or a job post. We save each page with a dated capture and check it again on each run. A tool leaves the list only after three checks in a row that no longer find Hello Patient, and at least 14 days after it was last seen. A tool with a published case study or quote is never removed automatically.
