Hyperbound is one of the best enablement tools I have ever gotten to leverage to ramp reps quickly, improve their skills and increase their confidence. That said, there is no better commentary than a quote from a recently hired rep: Why I appreciate Hyperbound a lot: I’m nowhere near the sales person I aspire to be and it makes me excited about the journey to get there because of what it’ll unlock in life, once achieved. And without dedicating time consistently to up-leveling my skills, that goal is unachievable. The ones that are the best at what they do possess the habit of practicing way more than they play. Hyperbound gives me full control on how often I can practice my skills and how soon I can reach mastery. That feedback on quantifying customer pain from my 1:1 with Sonya? Chris B and I get to work on that immediately. I don’t have the patience to wait hours or days until my next qual call, to begin implementing. I would also feel guilty hijacking time out of my colleague’s schedule to do mock calls. Overall, it’s going to be really cool to see how Hyperbound evolves and how much of an impact it’ll have on everybody’s career growth.
